I want a really long necklace, would love a VCA onyx 20, but open to others, i am kind of stuck with tiffany, VCA and Cartier. i have nickel allergy and can tolerate their stuff. hermes is ok too, so is 18k in impolite.

The VCA vintage Alhambra is a classic.
Hermes farondole is another great piece at a lower price point.

The Hermes farandole necklace comes in 18 yellow or rose gold. They make it in the 80cm and 120cm length, although I understand the links aren't as thick as the silver version. I made a thread asking about it a few months ago, there are pictures in it.

It's on my "if I ever win the lottery" list of things to buy.
