no, the actual VAT refund from London only 9%, the handling charges all are very expensive in UK. and the GBP listed price is 15% more than EURO, with the exchange rate and things all added up UK now is more expensive than Paris.

and depends of the the currency she's using, now global refund only pay in USD! you might loss another 1 or 2% on currency exchange.![]()
