Great suggestion and I wish they could pick up the phone, but they are so busy. I really need that piece.
I dont have an SA email. I stood in line 2 hours, on saturday, i purcahsed a few things, but the employee was a contractor she said, not full time staff. THey are so so so swamped. I cant see how they would pick up the phone, but i shall try. I have purchased a trunk before there, from a SA (female, first initial is K, dont want to say her name here), but i dont have her address either. I emailed the standard london email, but recieved a bounce back from a security firm. I am determined however. I wonder if they move items around? If i go to another boutique can they work to bring one? I am due in another city on business that has a boutique (in another continent). MERCI BEAUCOUP !
Again, do you have an American Express card like Platinum or Black? Their concierge service will take care of everything for you. Your wish (and your money) is their command.Looks like they won’t ship and I’d have to fly back to London to pick up. Any second party luxury services to pick up items or any local services to do that? Let me know via pm
