Uuuuuggghhh. I mean, I don't know enough about MK (yet!) to tell if the bag is authentic, but either way, that's a sketchy selling maneuver. And there are people watching it... I hope an expert will chime in, we could report the listing...

i still don't get it. the only thing i noticed is that the tag was pulled over from one side and then they turned the bag around to photograph the other side.

Look at the gold print on the bag in the large pic, and then the print on the bag in the tag close-up. The difference is at once subtle and obvious.
