I was logged in, selected the option to stay logged in, closed the forum. When I came back I was logged out, and it would not let me log in again until I cleared my browser. Hopefully just an early glitch? Wondering if there is a way to contact someone if you can’t log in.

I cannot even login anymore on App! I used the same password as I use for the desktop version, but not working and got the error message as attached
Is this normal?

The TT app is no longer supported. We're working on a replacement app to be released in the coming weeks!

I have a bug report on login problems through the website. You might already be aware, but I thought I'd leave it here in case you're not or someone else with the same problem sees this.

I tried logging in today, and every time I hit Log In, the form would submit but I wouldn't be logged in. This was with the login modal, not the login page, so the page might not be a problem.

Could not figure this out for a solid ten minutes. I poked around and then finally opened the console and was greeted with:

Protocol Mismatch! Definitely facepalmed. Should have thought of that first thing.

I usually come here using the purseforum.com url, which redirects to forum.purseblog.com. It seems that purseforum.com loads over regular http (or at least previously did for me and my browser remembered it) and doesn't redirect with SSL. Problem solved as soon as I used https://forum.purseblog.com.

Additionally, if you have logged in but happen to access the forums over http, it does not show you as logged in.

Nothing major, but certainly confusing. Hope that helps!

Yes, thank you. This is brilliant and I already raised this issue with our tech wizards who will address this some time today. The old platform automatically forwarded any and all non-https requests to the secure site, just need to address this on the new version.

Awesome! Glad it's in the pipeline to be fixed!

I notice the pages load slower than the old site. Idk if this has been talked about.

I am confident that is not the case, this forum software is significantly leaner and faster than the previous version. Even Google reports that the page loading times have dropped significantly since the upgrade. I can see if there is some routing issues to your IP.

Hi, can someone please tell me how do I log out. I dont seem to be able to find anything anywhere which will enable me to log out. Was easier to do before the updated version.
Many thanks

Go to your name in the upper right hand corner, and it's at the bottom of the pop-up box.
Hi . Thanks. But I no longer have my name and avatar on the upper right hand box. Its hidden on the left. Have to press the 3 lines and then I get this box. Shown on the photo
It has my name and avatar. But scrolling down to the end I have no Log out feature anymore. I attach a photo to explain. It's not in the settings or anything on the top right hand corner either.Screenshot_20200613-093345_Chrome.jpg

In the popout menu on the left (in your picture), press the little person icon - then there's the Log Out link towards the bottom.
