I’m itching to buy a casual everyday bag that can withstand cold and wet weather. What are your thoughts on this bag? I also can’t carry heavy bags. Thanks in advance!

Hey, I have 2 small gates - in blue steel and in light caramel with contrast stitching (both in grained leather) and it’s a great everyday bag. It’s not heavy, fairly roomy (given the shape) and user friendly. It manages to lay fairly flat against the body when used as a crossbody despite having some depth. I usually have a compact wallet (or, sometimes, just a cardholder), mini pochette, hand sanitizer, 4 key holder, tissue and my phone S21e and it all fits with some room to spare. As for the wear and tear - I live in Canada and there is no hesitation using either bag rain or shine (or snowstorm).
