Michael Kors Lock question

Hi guys!

I have a question. I noticed the lock on my Hamilton had come unlatched. I clicked it and it "sounds" like it locks but when I wiggle it, it's still not locked and opens without the key. It might not be an issue, but I'm afraid it might swing open and fall off. Are your locks locked in tight where you can't pull them open without a key?

Seriously? Never mind then. This is my first MK bg and just wanted a little advice. I'm returning it for another one.

The locks on my Hammy are secure, so I would exchange/return it if I were you. They cost too much to settle for a possible defect.
