Question for those of you who own the lowkey hobo, how secure is your lock on the shoulder strap? Does it open easily or does it require a bit of effort?

I’m asking because I was wondering how it might hold up long term after adjusting the strap multiple times. Does it feel like the little button to open the lock has gotten more loose with wear? Are you confident that the strap is securely in place when the bag is full?

@wildwest81 can definitely answer this.. she has used hers a bit. She's been helping me decide if I want to keep this or not. I think it opens easily and I probably wouldn't adjust it once it was adjusted to where I wanted it but that is not why I'm leaving it in the box for another few days....I can't decide if it's too big on me.

I think it may be too big. Im short, 5’3” , 104#. I love big bags but more east/west than north /south. I am going to try it with an outfit other than my black work uniform, which is not good. Leaning toward keeping it for sure. It’s too gorgeous. And your avatar is precious.

You should definitely give it a try with different outfits....maybe that will change your mind! It really is a beautiful color! And thank you about the avatar...:). She was my baby girl :heart:

@ChampagneandChakras have you tried on the pm size? I’m also 5’3” and after trying both sizes in store I find the pm looks a lot more flattering on my frame. And, it’s not too large/too small.

I’m a big bag girl usually and I know we talked about you liking big bags too 😊
I haven’t tried the pm. It definitely looks much smaller in pictures. But it could be an option ❤️

Sorry I didn’t even see these posts!!
I adore the low key and definitely use it a lot. I have adjusted my strap many times for different situations and it is still really strong in the clasp. I carry a lot in this bag and definitely don’t worry about the strap moving. It is very secure. I just looked at the mechanism closer and it still acts brand new. It is very strong when closed and clamps in really tight. And I do grab this bag frequently. I think the only thing that could pose an issue in time would be the leather getting rubbed or dirty if not moved. My guess is that would be years down the road. Mine shows no signs of use at all. It still looks pristine and I got stuck in the rain with it. Perfectly safe and nothing wrong with it at all.
So Unless you are extremely hard on bags and don’t care much for them I think this bag will hold up really well.
