Lock bracelet opening and closing

I’m worried about my new lock bracelet. It opened with no warning in the house and just fell off. If that happened outside I could lose it!!

It’s also erratic in terms of how it works. Sometimes it needs to be sort of pressed in and out before it allows the lock to be opened. Others times it just slides open. I’m really worried now.

I would stop wearing it and take it back to Tiffany immediately to be checked over

You are definitely having some issues with your lock jewellery! I agree - take it in to Tiffanys and tell them what happened.
