I only own the Little Minka. I had previously purchased a Devin, but ended up returning it because the long strap was too short to wear crossbody (I wanted to be able to wear crossbody too). I can wear the Little Minka crossbody, but not the Devin (I'm 5'8" for reference). The Devin has a little more structure than the Little Minka, but I found the LM to be softer. Yes, the Devin is stiffer. Looks like the Devin has an outside pocket (which is really nice) and the LM doesn't. LM has feet on bottom and Devin doesn't. I LOVE my LM! I wish they hadn't stopped making it. I hope that helps.

im mostly leaning toward the black since i love black and gold, but im also looking at the putty color i think it is? a nude by any means. what color do you have? Im about 5'5/5'6 so im not sure if the Devin would work for me...I do like the pocket on the back of the devin as well. Im buying off poshmark, they have some new and some pre-loved.

Those both sound like good colors. I have Affogato (a really pretty nude, lighter than Putty) in the Clarke (now called a Carson). In case you come across that color it's really pretty. My LIttle Minka is in Dusty Emerald (I LOVE this color!!!) and it's one of my fav bags. My LM is a little floppier and soft than the Devin. Devin is a little stiffer and not as smushy. If that matters either way lol. You can't go wrong with either bag. The pebbled leather is nice and durable. Keep us posted on what you get! Feel free to ask if you have any more Q's! I totally understand what it's like to buy online without seeing the bag first. Feedback always helps. [emoji3]

I have a black Little Minka and I love it! The leather is sooooo yumm! even though it's not a structured bag, it still works for me as a work bag when I carry it by the short strap/handle. The long strap fits crossbody so if I need my hands free I can do that too! Love it!
I have the Devin and love it. It's soft and squishy without turning into a puddle on the floor. The zip on the back is really useful for car and house keys. I am also five foot eight and can't comfortably wear it cross boy, but I usually have it over one shoulder or hooked over my arm.
I've used it pretty much every day since buying it 18 months ago and it shows very little sign of use.
