little concern about my Tivoli. is this normal?

Thanks everyone. I called 866 number and they said I have to return it and when they get items in stock they'll contact me. but she was like we have to check the item and if it is defective(seems like they don't believe me but whatever..)They told me they would put me on the their waitlist but we'll see. hope it won't be too long and next time i don't have to do this again. I had same experience with Elux that's why I tried Louis web.. i'm really disappointed. is their quality going down??
