Can anyone help identify the lovely big gold watch Brooke Shields character 'Wendy' wears on Lipstick Jungle show?

I've been wondering about this too....I've done google searches to no avail. I think it may be her personal watch b/c I feel like I've seen her wearing it when the show isn't being filmed....she's worn it several different episodes. I know Michael Kors makes a big gold watch but I don't think it's the same one that she always has on....Anyone out there know which watch it is???

If that's the watch, I believe it to be a Rolex Oyster Men's size.
