My bf bought me a Links of London sweetie bracelet which i thought i would wear to death but havent!

I think one of the reasons is it looks so "new" and shiny! If i wear it will the silver dull and is this whats known as" oxidise"?

it will a bit, but silver likes to be worn, therefore keeping it shiny and new looking, you can leave your bracelet out for a few days and let the air oxidise it for you a bit

It will darken a bit with wear.

It will also pick up a bit of a patina with wear, so that it will be less shiny.

Wear it when swimming in a chlorinated pool. That will hasten the oxidization process.
