Lining colors Inside of Gucci bags

I am new to Gucci and I read somewhere that the lining colors inside the bags change with the seasons - linen for spring/summer and black for fall/winter. Is this true? I have been looking at the Soho Leather Double-Chain-Strap Shoulder Bag in Black leather, not patent: http://www.gucci.com/us/styles/308983AB80G1000#308983A7M0G1000 and also the Gucci Medium Sukey Guccissima leather tote: http://www.gucci.com/us/styles/211944AA61G1000# I would rather have a black lining inside the bag, so it stays clean. Also, do these bags ever go on sale?

Just send a e-mail to their custumer service and ask about the bag you'r intrested in. Usually you will get a answer after couple of days

I don't think they do "seasonal lining". But I think the beige linen is the standard lining used on most bags. Gucci will use different lining on different models though.

Interesting question I would also love to know... I've only ever seen the one lining... I'm in Sydney Aust btw
