So, I'm craving a pair of lilac heels for spring.

This is the pair I would get if I thought I'd actually get decent use out of them, but I know I won't because they are just too high for me:

This is is probably also too high, but I could justify them b/c the are 1/4 the price:

This pair I think I could actually wear and not be in agony:

So, what do you think of the last pair(do they look old lady-ish)?

I tried on the CL Ron Ron in the same color at Barneys and they were too high and the cut wasn't really flattering to my foot. Barneys didn't have this style. I guess I sould see if one of the CL boutiques has them and just try them on.
I was hoping they wouldn't feel as high with the platform, but I'll just have to go try them on. Really, I don't know how many times I will wear lilac shoes anyway, so it's tough to justify a pricey pair.
I was really trying to like the cheaper pairs because I could justify the price for a frivilous color and/or heel height, but if I don't like the styles they won't get worn either. It's a dilemma.

I think those last ones do look like bridesmaid shoes. Of the other choices, if you're not going for the CLs, then I like the Kathryn Kerrigans - the swirly lines are interesting and I like the deeper shade of lilac.

^^ mmm... that's good to hear about the Kerrigans- I couldn't decide if I thought they were cute or frumpy! They have the lowest heel out of all of them so I was leaning toward them b/c of that.
