I really really really like the black pm bow luggage tag on it. I wish my luggage tag hadn't come with those indentations.

Lu, If you cut a piece of cardboard & put it inside & then put something over it & take a hot (not blazing hot)iron & iron it,that should take out the marks. I've ironed my tassels many times to smooth out wrinkles.
