Les Poèmes du Mandarin… a Chinese tea party

Here’s one to guccigal and all you H porcelain lovers…

In collaboration with the Mandarin Oriental Hong Kong, H launched the 18-piece Les Poèmes du Mandarin on 20 October 2008. Words of famous poets are calligraphed by artist Fung Ming Chip and re-interpreted by Marc & Chantal Design to look like wet/freshly applied paint.

Currently in use at the exclusive MO Krug Room but only available in stores early 2009.

There’s also another new pattern for 2009 featuring ribbons. Does anyone have any clue of what it’s called and how it looks like...?
