Leopard Cabarock

I bought a new leopard cabarock tote and it seem like it has a crease on the leather. Is this normal?

Not normal to me. I'd exchange it.

It seems that the quality of their bags are not that good. I ordered the tote last year from CL website directly but the stitching was so awfully done. I returned it at the end.
