Food Lemon Ricotta Hotcakes

Has anyone tried them? Made them for the first time yesterday and they were sooo delicious with the powdered sugar and fresh raspberries on top!!!!

Ooh those sound great! There is a restaurant nearby that offers them for brunch and I'm dying to try them, but it is always so crowded! Maybe I'll have to make them myself...
