ooh that's really pretty. i thought the ruffles were separate from the coat though, but then again that would mean the coat was split up in the front. which would be weird.

WHOA is she wearing that in real life? that doesn't look like they're on set. the jacket is really confusing--can't tell if the ruffles are attached or not!!

The ruffles are definitely part of the coat. I'm not sure if it's Leighton's or Blairs - but they are on the set.
They were on a break, it's Leighton's. She changed into another outift for the filming that day.
