She definately needs to find out about her pay, when she gets it, how much she earns, how she gets paid, how many hours shes expected to do etc etc. I understand why she didnt ask these questions, I have started a couple of jobs in the past and forgotten to ask something, so now I make a list and ask them all when I go for an interview! If nothing else at least she will have learnt what not do do and what to ask for the future!!
Did they possibly answer "minimum wage"? If so, min. wage is differs state by state and can easily be found online.
Ok! Everything is finally figured out! Thanks for the replies, guys! She cornered the manager, and she told her she was earning $7.30 and is, in fact, paid bi-weekly.
