Just wondering how you ladies get your Molly to slouch so beautifully in your pics?? Any secrets to share?

just normal wear....i carried my Molly with stuff in it as soon as i got recieved it (think it was like around 5pm when UPS or FEDEX left it at my house)...then i moved it and OFF TO THE MALL i went....shopped a lil bit and went to run some errands...by the next day at work it was still stiff but was slouching up a bit....couple days later it just got squishy and yummy. SIDENOTE: i tried to carry it as much as i could as a satchel...that way it could get relaxed quicker (rather than using her as a shoulder bag with the long strap)....hope this helped?
Just use use use! She does get more slouchy when carried as a satchel at first. Mine didn't seem to take long to relax at all. Stiff for the first few days, but the more I take her out the more she slouches!
I took the stuffing out the day that I got it and conditioned it a couple days later with the apple conditioner. I used it for the first time yesterday but not for very long. On day two, I have my stuff inside and I'm just leaving it unzipped. I think the leather conditioner is a great start. Here she is:

There was only one in the store and it wasn't perfect so I'm waiting for it to come in the mail. I'll bet it takes forever too! I'm already bouncing off the walks and it's only been one day, LOL.
