LED and infrared face masks

Hi! Does anyone use an LED or infrared face mask? I have been eyeing the one from "CurrentBody". It has lots of positive reviews on YT. I am looking for some real feedback on its benefits, without photoshop ? Does an LED mask add value to your skincare routine (where you use SPF and peptides and Vit C and so on). Is it worth the money?

I had one and it did nothing. But one session of ipixel mostly removed sunspots and a few textural issues. The downtime was fine except for the eye area which took a good 5 days for the swelling to go down.

My friend has prostate cancer and the hormone therapy caused him to lose his hair. I bought him the LED cap from Current Body and his hair is 80% back after 4 months.

Do not waste your money. Besides being comforting, it did nada for my face.

I have been using Dr. Dennis Gross LED mask for 5 years! I do a lot of other skincare as well as focus on a good diet and sleep, but I get compliments on my skin.
