Unfortunately, I've had terrible quality issues with the Cuyana System Tote. After just a few months of use, the glue is cracking and peeling, and there is wear on the corners. I'm on my second one too, since they took back the first one I ordered. I LOVE the aesthetic, so I'd like to find something similar. Basically a tote that doesn't exactly look like your run of the mill work tote. I'd like it to be leather, and ideally olive green. In a bit of a different turn, I'm actually kind of really liking woven leather tote bags too, if you can recommend something like that. My price point is about $300 or less.

Could you post a photo for those of us not familiar, please.

If you aren’t opposed to preowned you may want to check out Tod’s preowned totes.

I'm not necessarily opposed, but have a hard time finding things in nearly perfect condition, which is the only way I think I'd be interested in pre-owned. If you have any tips, I'd much appreciate them! The totes do look beautiful!

Take your time, Kona the color and size you would like. Also weight can be important to some. If you are in the U.S. Ann’s fabulous finds is a reputable reseller. I like TheRealReal but I have lots of experience dealing with them.
If you are near any Coach outlets or Saks Fifth Off stores you may be able to find a nice tote in your price range. Unfortunately I’ve found most bags in that retail $300 aren’t that great. They are out there but it’s a hunt.
Here is an updated Tod’s Joy tote that appears to be in new condition. It’s large.
