The bag is a Rebecca Minkoff Nikki Hobo priced at $600.00 at Saks, Lunaboston, or Neimans. I have one myself.

I'm pretty sure it's a Juicy Couture from a few seasons ago. It came in black leather and a tan/cognac color. There are two strips of leather hanging from the sides, with a gold fringe (made from chains, but very thin and fine).
