Ohhh... gorgeous! I was just taking a look at the vernis agendas last night. I soooo wanna get one now!

Can I just ask - is there a pen holder inside? And how's the size of the paper? Can we use refills from a normal stationary store, or does the size only cater to LV refills? I hate limiting myself to just LV refills, because normal stationary refills have wider varieties. Thanks in advance!
