Lauren was wearing a necklace last night on The Hills that she has been wearing for the past few episodes. I found a pic from an episode a few weeks ago but it is not the best. MTV hasn't posted pics from last nights episode yet. But here is the one photo I found. The necklace is very small and gold and has a piece of orange on it. I want to know where I can find this necklace.

The Hand charm is by Sydney Evan but someone has yet to identify the orange elephant charm.
