Larger Ring Size - Safe and Secure?

Want to check with the ladies here if anyone gets a size larger than your usual size? Does it come off easily when it is stacked with the wedding band? My wedding band is us size 6 but just bgt another ring in size 7 to stack on her. When i wear the larger ring on my right hand 4th finger, it sits just nicely. I do not know if i should resize the new ring to 6 to sit on my left hand ring finger. I have never bgt a size 7 and would like to check if others have similar experience.

My concern is i wd drop the new ring while washing hand or doing things outside home handling my child. Should i wear the new ring 1st before putting my wedding band to secure or I shd just resize?

if you can resize it, I would just half a size, otherwise I'd always put it on 1st and "lock" it in w/ the other ring.

i do the same as swanky. if i have a ring that's sized a little larger, i always put it on first so it doesn't sit on the end and won't easily fall off. otherwise, i think a full size bigger is a tad much, even in the summer with swelling.

you'll be able to see a size difference when they're on most likely.

Thanks for the recommendation. Let me go ask the jeweler if they can resize to 1/2 down to 6.5, else i just wear the new ring 1st and lock it with my wedding band
