Looking to buy a large tote. Anyone tried this on or has it and provide me any feedback? Prada has gone up so much is $4100 worth it? Was thinking this months Miu Miu tote which I believe is smaller. Thanks so much.

I cannot help with any feedback for this specific bag, but since you mentioned you're looking for a large tote, I can share my experience of finding my perfect large tote. I had a somewhat similar large bag to the one in your post - givenchy antigona. It was very durable and roomy, but a little heavy and too structured which made it bulky. Then I had LV Neverfull, I also felt is was too bulky to be comfortable and the leather added unnecessary weight (also I wasn't a fan of the style). Then I switched to Louboten Cabata tote, this was more comfortable, but still a little too bulky for me and I didn't like the weight of it. Looking for a lightweight roomy bag to fit a laptop, I then got speedy 35. It does fit a laptop, but it was extremely uncomfortable to put it in and out because of the zipper that kept scratching my hands, so I stopped using it. After all these, I finally found perfection - Goyard St. Louis, it's super light and fits everything. I know you're not supposed to carry g heavy things in it etc., but I don't care, I just use it and will pay for a repair when time comes or repurchase if it gets ruined.

Which one do people like better? I’m down two these two totes. I have two goyard GM in red and grey so looking for a simple black. Thanks all.

I like the Miu Miu one, it looks modern and cool. I'm not sure what climate you live in, but the light colored lining gives me summery vibes, not sure if it'd look good in winter.

Between those 2, I prefer the Miu Miu too. I love the sheen and the leather appears smooth and supple. The shape is nice but not ordinary as it's not straight across the top like most totes. It looks like you can throw it on with nearly anything effortlessly. I love prada in general but am not loving this particular design personally (Appears a little stiff and almost masculine looking to me).

The miu miu looks like it will be easy to get in and out of and after comparing the dimensions (38x38x18cm vs. 30x40x17cm) may fit slightly more. As a bonus, you'll save nearly $2k or be able to put that towards something else!
