Its hard to find the sizes that fit. 41 is a squeeze (for example I have a pair of Inseckika in 41 that I am still trying to stretch out to a comfortable wear) but I have a pair of simples in 42 and they are almost too big. I find it hard to find size 42 anywhere in the styles I really want, whether from stores or on Ebay. So I prowl Ebay every day looking for something that may be my size.
Right now, I suppose my biggest search is for a python hype prive in my size or a pair of Barcelona sandals in size 41, I see size 40 all the time!

Welcome Niblette! And I agree it can be very hard to find CL's in our size, that's why I created this thread so we can help each other find our new babies...

Ladies, just to say I find the material makes a huge difference. I can get into a 41 in suede biancas and bibis - patent is a no-go but given how my other patents have stretched as long as my foot goes in at all I have faith! Satin in 41 is also out - MBP was a nightmare!

I tried Bianca kid leather in 41 and it was way too small then i bought Bianca in 41.5 Patent Black and it was slightly ok and i bought the Pink 41.5 and it was a no no. I also tried yesterday 41.5 in Red Patent and it was an NO NO so i now think i need a 42.

I tried Greissimo 140 in size 41 suede Tan and it was ok. But not sure if Damas would be ok in 41.
I also tried Altadama 100 in 42 and it was too big, i tried it in 140 sizes 41 in suede and Watersnake and Patent and it was small so i need a 41.5. ( I think)
I have Lady peep in 42 which is ok but i think 41.5 might also be ok.
I bought very prive Patent 42 and had to return cos it was big. I am guessing 41.5 would be ok.
I also bought Bana in 41 and had to return cos it was small.
God help me find my size in CL shoes cos it is frustrating admiring the shoes on other peoples feet's and i can enjoy them also

I agree totally! I noticed that my suede heels have a lot more give whereas the patent is just torture. I would love to try on suede biancas to see how they fit.

My right foot is a US 9.5B and my left foot is a US 10.0B or 10 1/4" long.
The left shoe is usually too tight in the toe box at the big toe for me.
New Simple Suede 120 Size 40 10 1/2" (these fit like a US 9.5B, left toe)
Decolzep 120 Suede 41 10 1/2" (these fit like a US 10B)
Banana 140 Patent 41 10 1/2" (these fit like a US 10W to 10.5B)
You You 85 Patent 41 10 1/2" (these fit like a US 10B)

I've never tried on the altadama but since you had to sell your 41's based on how small they were will help determine if you need a little more room or go up a full size. I was looking to purchase a pair of hyperprive and the seller said that the insole measurements for the size 42 was 10.5.Thanks M,

I'm going to try on as many as I can and hopefully take some pictures. I have a pair of yoyo zeppas which are similar to the VP's in a size 41.5 which feet great. A size 42 would be wayyy 2 big for me.

On HP v VP v Altadama v Yolanda I'd like to add that I think VP/NP are the most forgiving. The thicker platforms on HP and Altadama almost always necessitate a half size larger.
The Yolanda is just strange - I think it depends on your toe length to be quite honest. A very personal fit that cant be compared to the above - I think the last is different?
Be aware always when it comes to classic styles that in Fall 2009 sizing went up across the board (old VPs are smaller for example).

And AD 42 was too big and 41 was too tight so 41.5 would be ok
