This will be my first MK Purchase. I have fallen in love with the shape of the large hamilton tote. It looks like a perfect everyday bag...even something I could throw my laptop in if needed. However I am 5'1"..maybe 5'2" haha. I'm worried this would look too large on me. Any opinions?

Also, I had my heart set on the luggage color, thinkingggg it would be a good neutral to mix with black or brown outfits. Opinions? This is the first time I would not match my bag to every outfit haha.

Then I saw the Jet Set Medium Shoulder Tote with the Chain Shoulder Straps. I love how casual yet classy it feels. Again, a color dilemma! I was looking at colors such as Loden (the greenish color).

I really want a great everyday bag with a neutral color. I mostly wear black, but just can't see spending the money on another black. Maybe that deep red color? ANY HELP?

I am the same height as you, and I feel like I can't quite pull off the large Hamilton. I have 2 mediums and love them, but every time I try on the large I feel like it looks like I'm carrying around a suitcase.

I also have a medium jet set and LOVE IT SO MUCH. I like the buttery soft leather better than the Hamilton - it's so roomy it's ridiculous - love the extra comparment in the front, and love that you can carry it so many ways. I think it's a more versatile bag, and I think the size will look better on your frame than the large Hamilton.

Anyway, just my two cents for what it's worth.

Thank you. That's very helpful information. Would you mind posting pictures of yourself with the medium Hamilton and Jet Set? I have my heart set on the hamilton, but Im not too sure now. What colors are your Jet Sets?

I used to think that the medium was to small for my larger frame and so I got my Hamiltons in Large but I now feel like the medium would have been a better choice for me. More practical. My next Hamilton will be the medium. So I vote Medium Hamilton. JMHO.

I have the Hamilton in Large but the only thing I would dislike about it is that it's kind of heavy and No, I'm not someone who carries their entire life in their purse lol

Its not as big as I thought it would be. Im very surprised. I love it! Unfortunately I took the wrapping off this morning and the lock has a scratch down the side. Im wondering if I should take it back for a new one.

Do you have a Michael Kors store near you? The MK store in my local mall said they keep extra locks laying around and you could probably go exchange it.

Red is a nice change and will pop any outfit. I hope to get a red, blush and a black Hamilton. They are all on my wish list. I can't really think about any other BAG since I joined the Hamilton club.

I have 1 medium Hamilton, and although all my stuff fits nicely inside and I get noticed when I use it.. I like the look of Large on me.. I'm 5'4... The medium jet set is also cute, you can't go wrong in either Hamilton or JetSet. By the way, check your local MK store, they have lots of sale right now.

I'm 5 feet and have the large Hamilton in luggage. Its perfect! I find it just the "right amount of heaviness" even when stuffed with stuff!
Its nice to have a well-made "throw-around" bag that I dont have to worry about like I do my Chanels...

and MK is made wonderfully....

good for you re: caving for the large Hamilton..enjoy!:woohoo:
