Michael Kors Laptop in a Saff N/S Hamilton?

Does anyone have any experience carrying heavy things in a saff Hamilton? It's large enough to fit my laptop, and I know it's tough, but I'm still scared to ruin it. Do you ever carry anything heavy or large in your bag or do you baby these beauties?

I carry my MacBook and walk around a lot. My Hamilton is not my daily bag, but it is holdin up just fine. I use it with laptop most of the time.

I've used my MacBook Pro 13 inch in both saffiano and ostrich leather one. It holds up fine!
