Lady Dior (in Red patent) OR Chanel Boy (in blue patent)?
Now that I limited my choices to these 2 bags and trying to choose which one is dressier, fancier, more beautiful, more sophisticated, and a better investment, in general? ( I mean,- “investment” for myself,- not for the purpose of selling it later). I love shiny patent leather bags and love both of these, but need to choose only one. So, which one is a better choice and why? Also, which one will stand the test of time better and is less likely to become dated in the future? Please help me decide. 😊 They both fit my wardrobe equally, which makes it harder to choose between the two. Thank you in advance. 😊

I like none.
But the Lady Dior will stand the test of time better with its gold hardware.
The tonal hardware on the Boy is too casual.

I absolutely love patent leather and have some bags that are patent , however I don't see these two patent bags as 'fancy'.
I feel like in these two bags and bright colors the patent makes them seem more sporty, especially the boy bag.

I prefer the Lady Dior. I like the red patent leather over the blue. I see both of these as being fun, daytime bags, not sure I would use the words " dressier, fancier, more beautiful, more sophisticated". I do think that the Lady Dior in patent is more of a classic than the Boy though.

Thank you!. 😊 I actually think that Lady Dior in red patent looks quite dressy (to me) - the fact that it’s in bright red color, shiny, and fairly small size makes it look dressy to me. The Chanel Boy bag is, generally, an edgy and sporty-looking bag, but I thought that patent shiny leather makes it look a little dressier than most other Boy bags. 😊
