hi all - does anyone own an exotic leather lady dior? if so, have you had a pleasant experience with it? i would like to purchase one but am a bit put off by the resale value - there is one i liked that is selling for less than half retail price online. ugh.

I have 2 lizard and 1 croc mini lady diors and I absolutely love them. I would definitely recommend grabbing the one you love especially if it’s half retail. They have already taken the hit and it’s probably going to be in excellent condition.

I’m also hoping to add a lizard mini down the road. I say go for it! Exotics don’t have great resale value but they’re so special imo. My exotics give me so much joy Vs my regular leather bags

I have two ostrich and one croc, and totally in love with them. I plan to add Lizard soon.

I have one in water snake. It wasn’t too expensive and I love it. It doesn’t lift like regular snake, it wasn’t as expensive as lizard, and it’s just as beautiful!

I have 2 crocs minis and they’re stunning. I’d say they’re even stronger than the regular leather.

I just received mine (preloved) in Python, medium size.
Does anyone know if Dior would spa this bag? I want to be mindful of taking care of the leather and 3-4 lifted scales.

If a style you like is selling for less than retail price, it could be a good opportunity. Make sure the purchase is from a trusted seller and check the authenticity and condition of the bag. If you plan to keep it for a long time, consider your preferences and needs when buying, not just the resale value.
