Lady Dior handles on 1997 bag...

I am about to buy a pre-loved Lady Dior from 1997. It does have the feet on the bottom (which I wanted), but does this year have the handles that fall down on the sides of the bag? (It does not say in the description, and it's from Fashionphile so not sure how to ask them) I prefer the handles that fall part-way down, but I am not sure what year that started with the bags. Any Lady Dior experts, please let me know!

Update: So I called Fashionphile and they said the handles that I'm looking for did not start until into the 2000s. Darnit! So I'm not going to buy the bag... Back on the look-out...
