I love this. the gussets are small enough that the cards don’t slide and are secure. But large enough that I can easily fit cash and extra cards. (It’s taken the place of my kelly longue which I now use as a small clutch since it can hold a phone). (But it doesn’t fit large receipts). It’s smaller than the calvi but thicker. And the key ring is a plus in case you want to attach to a lanyard or other. I have one from a bout a year ago, that’s technical fabric and balck hw and not too heavy. and it looks basically the same even though I use it daily.. it lso kind of accordions out for ease of sight. If you are a super minimalist (drivers license and Amex, for instance) it will be too big. I’ve owned calvi’s, and while they are more my aesthetic, I find them less secure ans less functional. The charms detach.
I really only have Amex, Visa, club ID, insurance card, BUT I also roll up emergency cash (100 USD in twenties is not a problem); I fit ATM bank receipts or corner store receipts in there. I could probably even get my key into a slot, somehow it accommodates whatever I put in there. It is substantially thicker than a calvi though. And I wouldn’t mind the same model with only two slots since I really only use Amex. (I toy with regifting my calvi to my stepbrother, but then he irritates me and I delay lol)Thank you! This is great! I got a Calvi recently and not loving it. I will keep it since it was a gift. Can you say how many cards can you squeeze into it?
