^I think you're right there. Though I think those 5000 dollar limited edition bags aren't all that luxury either. I watched a documentary on the Dutch television about Marc Jacobs about a week ago and it showed how they made the 'tribute' bag. It was not much more than throwing a whole bunch of already existing samples and bags around and voila, a 'new' bag. I was actually quite shocked to see one of the smaller attached bags coming loose as one of the screws that had been punched in (with a hammer!) came off. It just looked like crap. I'm sooooo turned off by LV after seeing that...(even more than I already was), especially after watching a Stella McCartney documentary a few days later - now she knows what luxury is all about!
