When I was looking at diamonds yesterday - my jeweler had news! He believes that in May (typ[ically when new models come out) there will be for the 1st time - a ladies size rolex with a diamond bezel. What do you think of this? I think it is a 26mm as compared to the mid-size which is a 31mm. Do you think people will return to smaller watches?

Maybe people will return to small watches eventually, I do prefer a large watch all of my watches are large the smallest I own is the mid size Cartier Tank my favourites are my 36 mm datejust & my 38mm Chanel, I don't think a Rolex ever goes out of fashion & if you like the ladies size you should get it don't worry what's in fashion. Keep us posted on what you decide.

Oh no - lol! Not in my budget for me! Surprisingly though, the flower face intriqued me with no diamond bezel. I never cared for it in pictures. But I liked in person. I saw it in 31mm and 36mm in 3 different colors.

Maybe that's to stop many from going to gray market to change into diamond bezel. Looking forward to it. I have yet to see the 31mm with diamond bezel in authorised dealers here although I have seen it on several websites. So 26mm would be interesting.

I saw the diamond bezel on the 31mm yesterday. Very nice! But I think these list for over $11,000. My AD gives 10% off at this moment. If I save every penny - LOL - and not buy a single thing for Spring or Summer or Fall - I could possibly do a diamond bezel watch for next Christmas! but I don't know if i can live like that!!!!!

I have the pink flower dial without diamonds, I had originally ordered it with diamonds but really wanted my love bangle & couldn't afford both.

I think it's a good idea to have one of each size for different occasions but I personally prefer the larger size watches. Even if the trend changes. My 33mm J12 feels tiny to me now -- I really want to upgrade to a 38mm!

Yay do it upgrade you wont regret it, I love mine, why don't you get one in a different colour then you will have a smaller one & a larger one, I've got White & would love one in black, perhaps one day.

I have the plain white - 38mm j12 and the diamond marker black - 33mm j12. But I think the ladies rolex is pretty small - 26mm. By the time I can afford one - it might be back in style!

designerdiva40 -The search is temporarily down. Do you have the 31mm or the 36mm flower face? Do you mind if I ask how much it cost or if you received a discount? I can't even look for pictures that you may have posted without the "search" but maybe later.....

I was wondering about the watch trend toward smaller watches too. I have a tiny wrist and even a medium size watch can look and feel out of balance on me.
My guess is that eventually smaller watches will be trendy again, but big watches will always be around. People will just choose what they want or wear a bit of everything, just like hemlines, jeans' styles, straight vs. wavy hair, etc.

It's a 36mm, I posted pics in watches, didnt get a discount, I think it was about £4,000 GBP but they've just gone up I think there now £4,700, Rolex do like to put there prices up, your a watch lover as well, it's very addictive lol.
