Upon receiving and inspecting the purse i found numerous creases and internal cardboard bends/damage on the bottom of the purse. I reviewed the description and all the pictures that she took on Ebay and didn't find any pictures that showed that kind of usage/damage.
I contacted seller the same day I received the bag. I asked for refund since the damaged bottom was not disclosed BUT seller refused. Seller offer me $200 refund instead (which I dont think would cover a chanel service/repair) and that she will only accept returns if proven not authentic. She also said this...

Lastnight, my husband help me file a dispute on paypal NOT AS DESCRIBE. We were supposed to get an answer back from her. But TODAY I checked my paypal and found out A claims specialist is reviewing your case. Does this mean she escalates to a claim? And I notice that paypal didnt required anymore action from me.. I know nothing about this stuff Ladies, please.. i need your help... I dont know how else to get my money if paypal sided with her Seller seems to be knowledgeable about disputes.. I am willing to cover all fees but not keeping a bag w/ defect... Help..
