I was amazed by the price.
Is there anymore sales? Can anyone help please if you have such attractive deals and your SA ship internationally.
Will Hermes Lindy ever be on sales? What is Herbag about? Why is there an exterior casing?

Why did some of you mention that Canvas is hard to keep clean, not as sturdy etc?

I own LV and Chanel. I think that LV canvas material is more sturdier than Chanel Calfskin leather. I do not know much about Hermes materials, would like some advice please.

Will Singapore Hermes be on sale? When will it be? Any recent one coming up?

Dear dinitegrity , same as the Chanel forum, alot of the info you need can be found at the shopping forum (Hermes Sales in US or Paris), the reference library and H clubhouse. try a search

from my impression, sale in sg only for RTW. Not on bags or SLGs.

SG Hermes holds their sales twice annually. As robee said, only RTW, gloves, shoes and sometimes hats make it to the sale. Leather goods, scarves and jewellery never make it, unfortunately.

Canvas will never be as sturdy as leather - that's just the "personality" of the material. There's a lot of info covered in the reference section - you should be able to find your answer there.

In North America, sale items will not be set aside/held and shipped by SAs. You need to be there in person to shop (and generally have to line up to get in). When bags do go on sale, they are generally the ones that are older, less popular designs, or where (like the Silky Pop) they have introduced new designs for the scarf portion and are phasing out the old ones. I have never seen Lindys, Birkins or Kellys on sale and doubt they ever will be.
