I'm absolutely in love with this scarf. What year was it released? Is it ridiculous to hope to find one new in the store? TIA

Voie Lactee was first issued in 1997 and then re-issued in 99/00 I think. I doubt very much that you would find it still in store, so a reputable reseller would be your best bet. There's one on Opportunites at the moment and they do also appear on ebay from time to time. I guess it depends on which colourway you are after.
