"La vie en rose" anyone?

  1. I'm still enchanted over this film. Brilliant in all respects and the haunting voice of Edith Piaf, so awesome!! I just got the soundtrack so I can enjoy the music again and again.
  2. I've always loved her music. The movie was profound. I do like the fact that they didn't hold back on the dark aspects of her life. Then again, without all tragedy, she may not have been able to fill her music with all the emotion that it's famous for.
  3. I can't wait to see it, I am going to try to get to the theater this weekend.
  4. I've been meaning to see this....I'll probably try to this weekend.
  5. I have Edith's CD and play it often.

My fav French bakery in town is named
    La Vie en Rose

They play Edith's songs as I eat and weep.
  6. I just watched this on DVD, and 'd it! The makeup for Marion Cotillard was done so well!!!
  7. Fantastic movie with incredible make-up job illustrating the aging Edith.
  8. Oh I just rented this! It's been on my list to-see for a while. But it was beyond brilliant. I lovee Edith's music and her voice. Gosh. I love French.
