Hello,
I am curious if anyone attended this event yesterday or has in the past? Love to hear your thoughts and experiences!

La Fondation d’entreprise Hermès holds this series every two years. Attaching photos of 2023 six month schedule, June 10 lecture event and photo of Foundation’s President.

Yesterday was the last conference for 2023. I was expecting it to be largely attended but IMHO wasn’t. Press event/release this coming week.

The morning lectures on "Elevation" which is part of the Skills Academy.
Held at the Théâtre des Bouffes du Nord - 37 bis, boulevard de la Chapelle
75010 Paris

It was very interesting and educational. I loved it! Definitely interested in attending again. I forgot what the topic will be for 2025 however I spoke to a gentleman involved in 2021 and it was based on glass.

I think this is a fantastic event.

Unfortunately, most people's interest starts and stops at pre-spend < QB < amassing a 'collection' in the shortest time possible for the least outlay.

I will defiantly look out for the '25 theme.

If the program states 'guaranteed QB at the end of lecture, while stock lasts', I am sure it’d be well attended

Most of the speakers spoke in French. I noticed a sprinkling of English translation headsets during those presentations. Presenters speaking in German and Italian, everyone were given headsets. To the left of the stage there’s a room with a large window and I can see the two English speaking translators I was listening to.

For those interested in learning about the Foundation I took a photo of a page from their LIEU-DIT journal. I think it’s wonderful what they are doing. No surprise of course because after all it’s Hermes!
