I was under the impression that she wrote the outline and the key events and then the editor bulked up the book. As generally ghost writers get written credit in the front of the book don't they?

I think it's so interesting to read something about "behind the scenes" and how Lauren felt in different situations. I think she put the emotions she had this time into the book.
