It looks like a Mike and Chris leather hoodie. You can get them in a bunch of different places online (Barneys, Ron Herman) but they're not cheap - about $900-$1,000

hi! i dont know if u can buy Superdry in US, but check out their site (UK, they can ship), i got fitted leather bomber (with hood), prettier than from the pic, fir only around £150, its soooo lovely!

i have, no joke, the same exact jacket from bloomingdales. it's light gray with the same styling by Aqua. it was $300

I don't think that one is Mike & Chris as their jackets usually have more detailing.

Yeah.. i don't think its a Mike & Chris either... i don't believe they have navy cuffs ever... but i could be wrong?

This seems pretty close. No navy cuffs, but i think it looks better this way. You can't beat 60 bucks!

You could try Doma, they do lovely leather jackets (going by the pictures; haven't actually seen on IRL). I know www.tobi.com and www.matchesfashion.com do them.
