Krikawa/Mokume Gane...does anyone have this type of jewelry? Pics?

I love jewelry and recently came upon the krikawa website and their pieces are TDF!!! I'm wondering if anyone has purchased from them or knows of any other company who does this type of metal working... and has pictures in action. I especially liked the Thorn Ring wedding band for my husband and would love to get a more intricate wedding band or RH ring for me but would like to see pictures in natural lighting. Any pics would be greatly appreciated! THANKS!!!

My husband has a Mokume inlay wedding band but it's not a Krikawa. It's actually this one below and when he wears it (like 1 time a year) he loves the design.

My husband wears a mokume ring made by James Binnion. The coloring of the ring is actually somewhat subtle on his finger even though this photo is very intense.

We did a lot of research on mokume. There is a lady who runs a jewelry shop in Santa Monica who studied this craft. She carries many different mokume vendors and explained a lot about the process to us. If you live near LA, I would go visit her. We drove up to see her from San Diego and it was definitely worth the trip. DH wears his ring every day and loves it.

I say go for it even though it's bit more expensive than a plain band. They are unique but not outrageous and I think they are beautiful. I actually wish now that I had gotten a matching band but I was in diamond mode then. :-P

Beautiful! I love the cocktail rings and the uniqueness of all mokume designs. If I make my way to the west coast (which is totally possible) I will take a peek. Thanks ladies!
