Former coach addict moving to MK. I have one mk signature tote, pvc, not sure of official name...its got the big zippered pocket that separates in the middle of the bag. Love the bag but after 2 weeks light use the seam is pulled apart where the lining meets the pvc. It holds a wallet, phone, pen and maybe a few pieces of mail. Not overloaded in any way. Is this typical of MK quality? Does mk offer repairs or any sorta of warranty? I got on ebay so not able to return to store, otherwise I would. Kinda bummed if this is typical cause im liking mk but wont settle on quality.

I bought my MK from eBay and since the model was under a year they took it and I'll get it back in a week. Four weeks total. It doesn't hurt to go in and ask.
a friend of mine had that same issue she brought her's from the MK store December of 2012, in April of 2013 she had to take it in to get repaired. They did it for free and took about 4 weeks. Then in November of 2013 the purse strap broke again and when she took it to the store she had just about had it up to there so she demanded a full refund or exchange. They couldn't do a refund but they did an exchange for equal value
I sent my bag in a week ago today. I already got and email saying my bag could not be fixed. They gave me a $250 credit to use. Now to decide what I want.
