Kid's Burberry scarf for adult??

Speaking of kids scarves, I saw on the website a gorgeous kids Bow tie with the trench check... Anyone knows if it can fit properly an adult? I wear size 15 shirts, and I don't know if it's gonna be too small on my neck... Help plz!

Size 15 is a full grown man lol...I think it might be smaller..

But I also have a kids polo tshirt size 14 years... I'm kind of skinny so it fits me better than the S size (never tried the XS)
