Yes those are the Chanel button sandals, Katy perry has worn them too. Actually i think I have seen them on Kris Jenner too

I just tried these on at Saks. They LOOK very Chanel but they're from Juicy Couture. They were in the sale racks at Saks but I haven't seen em on saks.com. They are on Zappos though
