Khelman bags?

Has anyone ordered from Khelman bags? They are on etsy and have their own website https://www.khelman.com/ Pictures and experiences please if you have a bag from her I have ordered from Massaccesi and Laurel Dasso before and I do like the extra special touch of customizing. I had been interested in rough & tumble, but rather off put by trying to join their official group to learn more. Also does anyone else know other companies that have this type of customization offered?

Haven't ordered any bags from her so can't speak to the quality of her work, but the owner is lovely! I've had the pleasure of interacting with her previously and she's one of the warmest people ever.
